Shandong Moris tech Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 and is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and operation of the emerging brine composite industry. The company is located in Shouguang, Shandong, known as the hometown of vegetables in China and the salt capital of Huaxia. Its main business covers material additives, new energy materials, raw materials and intermediates, fine chemical park services, marine health and other sectors. It has production bases in Shandong province, Inner Mongolia province, Jiangxi province, Heilongjiang province and other places, and its products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions such as Europe, South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Currently, 11 products are ranked as global leaders in segmented markets, and its invisible champion case achievements have won the EFMD Invisible Champion Case Award. It has been selected into the case libraries of Harvard Business School, China Europe Business School, and Yiwu Business School, and is known as a model of invisible champion enterprises and emerging marine industries.

Shandong Moris tech Co., Ltd. Manufacturing Base Established in 2009, which is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of halogen-based fine chemicals. The manufacturing base is located in the southern part of Yangkou Town, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 80 acres.
The base is equipped with advanced production facilities, state-of-the-art testing instruments, and comprehensive safety and environmental protection systems. In recent years, the company has optimized its product structure by focusing on vertical extension of the industrial chain while leveraging horizontal technological advantages.

Shandong Moris tech Co., Ltd. Manufacturing Base (New Energy Materials)
1500 TPY Lithium Metal Retrofitting Project
Phase I: Retrofitting the existing sodium metal workshop to establish a 500 TPY lithium metal production line, including electrolysis, refining, packaging, and forming processes; with a supporting 5,000-ton lithium salt project (lithium carbonate → lithium chloride; lithium chloride purification; lithium hydroxide → lithium chloride).
Phase II: Continuing the retrofit of the sodium metal workshop to establish a 1,000 TPY lithium metal electrolysis and post-processing line.

In compliance with statutory corporate governance frameworks, Moris has established a comprehensive structure comprising the Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Susha Village Party Members' Congress, and Workers' Congress. Notably, the Susha Village Party Members' Congress Bylaws explicitly define the authorities of these bodies.The Shareholders' Meeting regularly reviews reports from the Board and Supervisory Board, along with related-party transactions/ The Board of Directors periodically examines the company's annual budgets and their execution

Moris Technology's oversight system includes supervision by government authorities, industry associations, quality associations, functional departments, committees, and all employees.
Based on the group's management documents, Moris Technology has formulated Regulatory Rules for each department, defining the responsibilities and obligations of marketing, production, and administrative departments. Major decisions, such as executive authority and financial expenditures, are subject to institutional oversight. Employees can submit feedback through suggestion boxes, ensuring internal monitoring.

Financial Internal Control: Establish and improve internal financial control systems. Perform financial duties per the Articles of Association and relevant management regulations. Strengthen budget control through the Business-Finance Department’s centralized oversight of budget planning, breakdown, management, and control.
Financial management operates through the Group’s Business-Finance Center under an independent accounting system.
